The Royal Saudi Air Force benefited from the program as well since it helped them develop their leadership and management abilities. Additionally, it provided a forum for everyone to develop proficiency in English, an international language, and ILETS.
The program exceeded expectations since it covered the company's primary focus area, which is human capital development.
